Do I have access to other products not listed onsite?
Yes! Please feel free to contact us about specific textiles or other products that you might be looking for. We are more than willing to search through our enormous warehouse to hunt for other treasures not listed!
Can I place a custom or personalized order?
Unfortunately, pillows cannot currently be made to custom order. We are able to see what we have access to but cannot produce new pillows using our fabrics at this time. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may cause.
Why are there limited quantities of fabric?
Our inventory features a constantly rotating selection, with new and exciting pieces being added every day. The quantities listed are the quantiles available - though if we sell out, we will always be adding new items.
What are the sizing details for fabrics and trims?
All fabrics and trims are sold in custom lengths by the yard. We do not cut half-yard sizes, only lengths in 1-yard increments will be accepted.
1 quantity is equal to 1 yard. If you select 10 quantity, this means you plan on ordering a continuous length of 10 yards. The price shown is per yard.
Can I purchase a fabric or pillow sample?
You can purchase fabric samples here. When ordering a sample, please include the name of the fabric in the order notes section. You can add a note to your order by clicking the shopping cart in the upper-right corner, then pasting the fabric name in the box at the bottom of the page.
If you forget to add a note during checkout, please contact us so we can get you the correct swatch in a timely manner.
Unfortunately, samples are not available for pillows. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Why is the fabric content missing for certain listings?
Our products are factory-second luxury goods from our partners, and we do not always receive the fabric information. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Fabric may be rolled right side up or down, or even reversible. Please remember to inspect both sides of the fabric upon arrival.
You can certainly purchase a sample of any of our fabrics so that you may see and feel it yourself here. If you do decide to purchase a sample, please add the fabric name into the notes section before checking out.
What are your operating hours?
Our team is on-site fulfilling orders Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM EST. We will answer any messages received after-hours as soon as they are seen.
We operate out of two expansive warehouses, so at times there are split shipments. For instance, pillow inserts will ship from one location, while fabrics will ship out of another.
Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?
We gladly accept returns for pillow covers and inserts, though we will only accept the return within 14 days of delivery. The item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days. We do not accept exchanges or cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Unfortunately, we can no longer accept returns for fabrics or trims since the yardage has already been cut to the requested length. If you would like to see the fabric prior to ordering, fabric samples are available for purchase here.
