Returns

We do not accept exchanges or cancellations.

We only accept returns for pillow covers and inserts, and only within 14 days of delivery.

• Returned items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs.

• If the item is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value.

We cannot accept returns of fabrics or trims, as these items are custom-cut to your requested length. If you'd like to see the fabric before ordering, fabric samples are available for purchase.
